Facility rental
FACILITY POLICIES OVERVIEW
The Camp Toccoa at Currahee Board of Trustees encourages the use of its facilities. Since the Board is vested with the responsibility for the care and custody of the property, the best interest of the project shall prevail in controlling the use of its facilities.
The facilities are available for functions, both public and private, related to leadership, education, tourism, health, economic development, and other worthwhile programs that foster the image of the Legacy of Currahee. The camp property is available for rental to individuals that are at least 25 years of age.
Appropriate charges will be assessed for the use of the facilities in order to cover costs incurred as well as maintenance of buildings and equipment.
Any organization desiring to use the facilities must submit request for use of the Facility, submit a security deposit in advance, and sign a Rental and Hold Harmless Agreement. All decisions regarding the use of the facility shall rest with the Board of Trustees.
FEES
Barracks – 506th (sleeps 35) $200/day for up to 10 or $300/day for 11 and over
517th (sleeps 26) $200/day for up to 10 or $300/day for 11 and over
Pavilion - $300/day (accommodates 350)
Tent Camping - $10/person per day
Your reservation will be placed on the schedule when 50% of the cost is received. The remainder of the fees are due 30 days before the event date. Groups may be able to reschedule if there is availability, but no refunds will be offered within 30 days of the event.
REQUEST FOR USE OF THE FACILITY
Fill out and submit the form below at least 30 days prior to requested use, if possible. The use of the facility is not confirmed until you have received confirmation from CTAC.
Once confirmed, a legally designated representative of your Organization/Group will be required to submit payment of the security deposit, plus sign and return the rental agreement.
Payment for the balance remaining due for the rental is to be submitted upon check-in.
